The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen and a clean and homely atmosphere. The location was also great, with easy access to all the attractions of the city. We also appreciated the personal touches provided by the owners, such as treats and essentials that made us feel welcome.
The heating system in the house was a bit confusing and could have been improved. the presence of unused fireplaces in the main room and dining room seemed unnecessary and wasted.

We absolutely loved our stay at Madoc Brook Cottage. The cozy and homely atmosphere made us feel right at home. The personalized touches by the owners added a special touch to our experience. The location was perfect, with a short walk to all the attractions. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful welcome snacks and drinks waiting for us upon arrival. The cottage was beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. The addition of Sam Toft artwork added a charming touch. The communication and check-in process were smooth and hassle-free. we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this accommodation.
The only minor drawbacks were the lack of carpet or a runner on the stairs, which made them a bit slippery, and the absence of a washing machine. Additionally, the bed was a bit too soft for our liking.

The cottage was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The owners even left some welcome treats, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was modern and the kitchen had all the necessary tools and crockery. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Conwy. I highly recommend Madoc Brook Cottage for anyone visiting the area.

We had a great time exploring the nearby attractions and the convenience of having a shop and fish and chip takeaway just a few steps away was a bonus. the cottage was sparkling clean and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy for us to cook our own meals. the hosts were incredibly thoughtful, providing a welcome pack and including all the necessary essentials in the bathroom.
The bed was a bit too soft for our liking, but that's just a personal preference.
